Who we are

If you are an older person living in or near Banchory and could do to get out of the house and meet up with friends every Thursday, then come and join us! We meet 50 weeks of the year in the Dalvenie Gardens Resource Centre on Raemoir Rd. Our club Members are very welcoming, and our fabulous volunteers are on hand to assist as necessary.

What we do

You will be offered tea or coffee and a 'piece' on arrival, and after a catch up with friends there is an opportunity to either play the various games on offer, or to continue chatting (or both!)

A freshly prepared two course lunch is provided by Aberdeenshire Council and served by the volunteers on duty. The total cost to members is £8 per day.

We are able to organise some transport to and from the centre for club members. This is subject to home location and availability.
